• 1. INTRODUCTION

The following service terms constitute the Coaching Agreement under which the Coach supplies services to you, the Client.

• 1.2 Why You Should Read Them 

It is crucial that you read these terms carefully prior to submitting an order for services with us. They will inform you of who we are, how our services will be delivered to you, and how we will work together through this Coaching Agreement.

• 2. SERVICES OFFERED

The Coach provides the following bespoke services designed for personal growth and development:

• Life Coaching: Tailored sessions aimed at fostering personal development in various areas of life.

• Career & Purpose: Structured coaching focusing on professional fulfilment and career progression.

• Self-Esteem & Confidence: Tools and techniques for building self-assuredness and personal belief.

• Stress Reduction: Strategies for managing and mitigating stress effectively.

• Dating & Relationships: Guidance on fostering meaningful connections and navigating relationship challenges.

• Non-Clinical Art Therapy: A creative process for trauma healing and personal expression.

• Shame and Trauma Healing: Supportive sessions to overcome emotional distress and psychological barriers.

• Bereavement and Grief Healing: Compassionate guidance through periods of loss and sadness.

• Organisational Stress Reduction: Solutions for businesses seeking to improve workplace well-being.

• Life After Divorce: Support in restructuring life post-divorce for positive new beginnings.

• Bodywork and Storytelling: Combining physical healing with narrative coaching.

• 3. SCHEDULE AND FORMAT OF SERVICES

• The first step to engaging with the services is an introductory consultation to align on the client’s needs and goals.

• Coaching sessions usually have a duration of 60 minutes, with flexibility based on the Client’s preference.

• 4. COMMITMENT TO CLIENTS

The Coach is committed to providing an environment of confidentiality, trust, and respect. Clients are assured of a respectful partnership aimed at promoting self-awareness and personal development.

• 16. CANCELLATION POLICY

• 16.1 Agreement Termination 

This Agreement can be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other.

• 16.2 Termination Rights of the Coach 

The Coach reserves the right to end the services immediately if subjected to any form of abuse by the Client or if the Client commits a criminal offense.

• 16.3 Commitment to the Sessions 

The Coach may terminate the Agreement if the Client consistently fails to attend or frequently cancels booked sessions without providing at least 48 hours’ notice.

• 17. RESPONSIBILITIES UPON TERMINATION

• The Coach will adhere to confidentiality clauses even after the termination of this Coaching Agreement.

• Any fees paid are non-refundable unless specified by statutory laws.

• 18. CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Client holds the responsibility for their choices and actions during and post coaching sessions.

• The Client acknowledges that outcomes are dependent on their commitment and must consider professional advice where coaching does not substitute such advice.

• Cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to a booked session.

• It is expected that clients commit to timely attendance for maximum benefit from the booked coaching sessions.

• 19. LIABILITY

• The Client agrees not to hold the Coach liable for any actions or decisions taken as a result of the coaching sessions.
